Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026

ADRAR is operated by SereneX LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. This policy explains how ADRAR handles personal information when you use the ADRAR website, course, account features, and Companion.

Information we handle

We may handle account details such as your name and email address; purchase, entitlement, and refund records; course progress and playback activity; Companion session content and saved memory; technical and security information; and AI usage metadata such as model, request time, token counts, latency, and success status.

Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe. ADRAR does not store complete payment-card numbers.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure ADRAR, authenticate accounts, deliver purchases, preserve course progress and sessions, generate Companion replies, send operational emails, process refunds, provide support, understand service performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Companion privacy

Companion conversations may be stored for your account so you can continue or revisit a session. Message content is sent to the configured AI model provider solely to generate and operate the Companion response. ADRAR does not publish or expose private Companion conversations to other users or to the public.

Service providers

ADRAR uses a limited set of service providers to operate the service, including providers for hosting, authentication and database services, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and AI model processing. They process information on ADRAR’s behalf under their own service terms and safeguards.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide ADRAR, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. ADRAR uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may export or delete supported account data using the controls in your ADRAR account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, you may use the controls available in your ADRAR account or contact us at our support email. Some information may be retained where required for security, transaction records, or legal compliance.
