These Terms apply to ADRAR at adrar.app. ADRAR is operated by SereneX LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By creating an account, purchasing, or using ADRAR, you agree to these Terms.
Educational service—not therapy
ADRAR provides education and tools for personal reflection. ADRAR and its Companion are not therapy, medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or a replacement for qualified professional care. Do not use ADRAR for emergencies. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Do not misuse ADRAR, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the service to harm another person.
Purchases, Companion access, cancellation, and refunds
Purchase details shown at checkout—including price, included course access, and the initial Companion period—form part of these Terms. Continuing Companion access after an included period is optional and, if offered and separately accepted, costs $49.99 per month. ADRAR will not begin recurring billing without a separate opt-in.
You may cancel a recurring Companion plan using the available account or billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove course access purchased on a permanent basis. You may use the refund-request process available through ADRAR or contact us at our support email. The published Refund Policy provides current eligibility details.
Intellectual property
ADRAR’s course, writing, design, software, and original materials belong to SereneX LLC or its licensors and are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them except where ADRAR expressly permits it.
Availability and responsibility
ADRAR may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, ADRAR and the user agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
